Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication, prior customer service or call center experience preferred, strong active listening and empathy skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, technical aptitude for learning software systems, typing proficiency for efficient documentation, problem-solving mindset, patience and positive attitude, reliable and punctual work ethic, adaptability to policy changes, and commitment to quality service delivery. Multilingual abilities are highly valued for our international customer base.
