As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will act as the primary liaison between the organization and its customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and overall brand loyalty. *About The Role** The Customer Service Representative (Remote) is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing clear and consistent information. This role requires frequent interaction with customers through various platforms, including telephone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems. In addition, you will collaborate with internal departments to support operational excellence, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
