Role and Responsibilities:
In this position, you will oversee the proper handling, organization, and storage of inventory, ensuring all products are accurately accounted for and ready for dispatch. You will work collaboratively with logistics colleagues to maintain a smooth warehouse workflow while achieving daily operational targets. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and active engagement in physical tasks to sustain a productive warehouse environment.
Receive, examine, and properly store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracyPick, pack, and prepare products for shipment following established company guidelinesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyKeep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsValidate inventory counts and update records using warehouse management systemsCoordinate with team members to prioritize work and meet production deadlinesReport any equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or discrepancies promptly to supervisorsRequired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent credentialMinimum of one year of warehouse or material handling experience preferredProficiency in safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machineryBasic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systemsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliabilityPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, or reachingDedication to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating proceduresPreferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification or prior experience with heavy warehouse machineryExperience in a high-volume production or distribution settingKnowledge of inventory software and scanning technologyCompensation and Benefits:
