Who Are We? At Erebos Cybernetics, our mission is to reduce the costs of complex metal manufacturing. To achieve this goal, we are currently developing a novel 3D printing platform. We realize the potential that metal 3D printing holds, and we aim to be the ones to bring that dream into reality. What you’ll Be Doing Design analog and digital circuits for an industrial machineWorking with power electronics (SMPS, motor drivers, high-current or high-voltage systems)Take the product from concept to a fully scalable commercial productCreate schematics and PCBs (prototype through small-scale production)Collaborate on designing and building test jigsDirect MCU programming tasksPrepare technical documentationSelect components with attention to cost, availability, and manufacturabilityWork closely with a playful, research-focused teamTry your hand at a number of other tasks inherent in being a startupWork directly with the CTO and CEO to bring the product vision to life Your Experience 5+ years of professional experience in electronicsStrong understanding of analog and digital circuit designComfortable using lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies)Ability to debug hardware issues independentlyExperience with DFM/DFT practices Communication Fluent in English requiredKeep diligent notes and share ideas quickly and efficiently Bonus Points if: Experience with manufacturing or industrial equipmentJapanese communication skillsFamiliarity with EMC/ESD considerations Personal Projects If you’ve contributed to projects you are excited about, please send in descriptions of those with your application and/or links to photos or videos of your projects.
