We are looking for an experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team and consistently deliver high-quality legal documents. Responsibilities: Draft complex and comprehensive documents for EB-1A, NIW, and O-1 petitions under supervision of the U.S. immigration attorney. Analyze case strategy and supporting documentation provided by the attorney. Conduct research to gather necessary details for documents and supplementary materials. Ensure documents meet the highest standards, enabling immigration attorneys and case managers to finalize applications efficiently and accurately. Adhere to strict deadlines to maintain case progress and prevent submission delays. Consistently deliver high-quality work, reducing the need for revisions and improving the overall efficiency of the case management process. Collaborate effectively with team leads and case managers to ensure smooth case progress. Our requirements: Proven experience with U.S. business immigration including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions. Excellent command of the English language. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to view client profiles holistically to effectively highlight their achievements for officers. Ability to take an assignment from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, work with competing deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively. We offer: Competitive remuneration.
