You'll take and process orders, communicate effectively with the kitchen crew, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile and a delicious order in hand. Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors with warmth and courtesy in person and on the phone, setting a friendly tone.Record customer purchases promptly and accurately using the point-of-sale technology.Stay informed about the menu choices, diverse range of sauces, current promotions, and be skilled at providing customized suggestions.Process financial transactions meticulously, covering cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.Inspect and confirm the accuracy and display of orders to maintain quality standards before customers receive them.Ensure that orders are ready for dispatch and delivered as per the agreed-upon schedule.Verify the cash drawer totals at the conclusion of the shift and submit the necessary reports.Keep the front-of-house and customer areas neat and well-maintained.Comply with regulations for food safety and sanitation to advocate for a secure and sterile environment.Address guest concerns or questions in a professional manner, escalating to the management team when deemed necessary.Maintain the pristine image of Wingstop by presenting oneself in a clean and orderly manner.Qualifications and Experience:
Having a background in cashiering or working in restaurants is a valuable asset.Candidates must hold or be prepared to receive a valid Food Handler Certification.Competence with electronic point of sale technology.Strong skills in cash handling and basic numerical aptitude.Proficient in communicating and building relationships with people.Skill in managing stress while working in a fast-paced team environment.Always dependable, polite, and conducts themselves in a professional manner.Demonstrating integrity, truthfulness, and a profound sense of accountability is vital.Benefits:
